CYO Field Hockey League at Sacred Heart Academy- Registration closed see below to order apparel

CYO of Long Island is proud to partner with Sacred Heart Academy to provide a field hockey league for girl's in grades 3 through 6.  
 

1 hour games will be scheduled between
12pm to 4pm on the following Sundays
September 17, 24 
October 1, 15, 22, 29 
at Sacred Heart Academy
47 Cathedral Ave
Hempstead, NY 11550

The Cost will be $125 per person
There will be two leagues 3rd - 5th grade & 6th -8th grade.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 9/13
1/2 refunds after schedule and teams made

There will be no games on Columbus Day weekend.
Players will provide: sticks, mouth gard, shin guards, and goggles are optional.
Team shirts will be provided
